It is easy as soon at you think about your stressors to become tense and discouraged. Laughing through life is no laughing matter. Lifting your mood can relieve those said stressors. Somethings can be so bleak there is no “light” in your situation, more to cry about than laugh. But what if we make it intentional, a must, something that we must do daily. What would it take to put the smile on your face. For me the most silly things does this for me, like seeing a funny meme, or watching my sister do a silly dance and chat “nonsense”. She is one of the most funniest person I know. The skill to laugh at myself is something I am working on and trying to be intentional about. Maybe making time to watch a funny movie, or put on some music and dance like nobody’s watching, or even just smiling for no reason, do what makes you happy.
