Trying to be positive.

It is funny how some people are just naturally happy and positive most of the time. That must be a good feeling. For some of us, it does not come so easy. It takes hard work and constant practice. It sometimes can feel daunting to choose your thoughts, so carefully, so many times throughout the day. Can you say exhausting?! I believe your thought are extremely powerful. How do I know this? I can relate to the relationship between thoughts and how it affects you. I experience a panic attack when I was younger, and I felt my heart racing, almost feeling like I was getting a heart attack, and it was triggered by a thought or some irrational fears. I had the thought the other day, if your thoughts can be so intense in a negative way, it can also work the other way around. Just repeating the phase “I am capable of anything I put my mind to” it instantly create space for your mind to accept that statement. There are so many different approach to being a more positive person, but whatever works for you, just know that the power lays within you and you are worth the fight. Never give up, no matter how impossible it seems.
